All processing happens in your browser — nothing leaves your device. This privacy model is essential for the documents most commonly signed electronically: non-disclosure agreements, employment contracts, rental applications, medical consent forms, and financial documents. These should never pass through a third-party server whose security practices you cannot audit. The browser automatically clears all canvas data and in-memory file objects when you close the tab or navigate away, so no trace of your signature remains in browser storage after the session ends unless you deliberately save the image file.
