How to reach us

We read every message that comes through this form. WikiPlus is operated by a small team based in Spain, and we answer support, feedback, and partnership inquiries ourselves — no ticketing system, no outsourced helpdesk. If something on the site is broken, unclear, or missing, writing to us is the fastest way to change it. We have shipped dozens of fixes over the past year because a reader took the time to send a one-paragraph note explaining what they expected versus what actually happened.

What you can write to us about

  • Bug reports — a tool returned a wrong result, the preview is empty, the download failed, or a page crashed. Include the browser and, if relevant, the input file type; we will reproduce and fix.
  • Feature requests — a file format we do not yet support, an export option you need, or a tool you wish existed. Most of our roadmap comes from these emails.
  • Accuracy corrections — if you spot a factual error in our documentation, a translation that reads strangely in your language, or an outdated claim, tell us and we will correct it within the week.
  • Privacy and data questions — how we handle your files, what we log, how to request deletion of anything that may have been captured, and questions about our GDPR posture.
  • Press, partnerships, and link exchanges — we are happy to talk with writers, educators, and complementary tool makers. Please introduce yourself and your publication in the first message.
  • Business inquiries — custom integrations, white-label deployments, or licensing questions about the open methodology behind the site.

Response times

We reply to most messages within one to two business days, Monday through Friday, in the GMT+1 / GMT+2 time zone. During Spanish public holidays and the August holiday period, replies may take three to five days. Urgent production-impacting bugs — a tool that is broken for every visitor — are triaged immediately whenever we receive them, regardless of the calendar. If you have not heard from us within a week, please assume the message did not arrive and try again; spam filters on both sides occasionally swallow legitimate email.

Do I need to create an account to contact you?

No. WikiPlus has no accounts at all. Just send us a message using the form on this page or write directly to info@wikiplus.co from any email address you prefer.

Can I ask questions in Spanish, German, French, Polish, or Portuguese?

Yes. We answer in all six languages the site supports. English and Spanish are our fastest native channels; other languages route through the same small team and may take a day longer.

Do you accept guest posts, sponsored content, or paid reviews?

No. We do not publish sponsored articles, accept paid reviews, or sell links. This is a firm editorial policy and we do not make exceptions. If you have a genuine product that would help our readers, introduce it on its merits — we cover good tools for free when they deserve it.

Will my message be confidential?

Yes. Messages go to our private mailbox and are not shared with third parties, published, or used for marketing. If you ask us to delete a specific message we will do so within 30 days and confirm by email.

What information should I include in a bug report?

The URL of the tool you were using, what you tried to do, what you expected, and what actually happened. If you can share a screenshot or describe the input file (format, rough size, language), the fix usually ships the same day we reproduce the issue.

Privacy note about this form

When you submit the form above, your name, email address, and message are sent to our private mailbox over an encrypted connection. We use the information only to reply to you and to improve the tool or documentation you wrote about. We do not add you to a newsletter, sell your email, or share any part of your message with third-party advertisers.
